Oven-baked seafood

  • shrimp 4 pieces
  • scallops 8 pieces
  • sliced squid 1 cup (1 cm in width)
  • white pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • olives 8 pieces
  • paprika 1/2 bulb
  • cherry tomatoes 4 pieces
  • lemon 1 round slice
  • A_olive oil 50 ml
  • A_garlic (grated) 1 tsp.
  • A_chili pepper a pinch
  • A_lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • cheese to taste
  • WAPANKO 1/2 cup
  • B_dry parsley to taste
  • B_oregano to taste
  • B_coriander to taste

[ Method ]

  • 1Wash and devein shrimp. Peel off the shell, leaving the tail. Wash scallops and clean squid. Pat dry with a kitchen towel and slice squid into 1 cm rings.
  • 2Add salt and white pepper to 1 and place into a baking dish.
  • 3Add seasoning A to 2 and mix. Sprinkle olive slices, cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on the top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Mix regularly in order to bake thoroughly.
  • 4Mix WAPANKO and herb mix B in a bowl.
  • 5Sprinkle cheese and 4 onto 3 and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for another 8 minutes.
