Fried Salmon with lemon garlic butter sauce

[serves 4]

  • Salmon 4 slices
  • Corn starch as needed
  • For the batter:

  • Egg 1
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • To coat

  • Bel pepper (powder) 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • For lemon garlic butter

  • Butter 10 g
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Grated garlic 1/2 tbs

[ Method ]

  • 1Prepare three bowls. Place corn starch in the first bowl, beaten egg with mustard in the second. Mix WAPANKO with three spices in the third and transfer contents of the third bowl to a sheet pan.
  • 2Apply a thin coat of corn starch on salmon slices before dipping them into the beaten egg. Then firmly rub the WAPANKO mixture on to salmon slices
  • 3Bake salmon in a preheated air fryer at 180 Celsius for 5 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.
  • 4Heat the butter in the frying pan, add garlic and lemon juice. Mix them until well combined for sauce.
  • 5Serve with lemon garlic butter sauce.
