- Shrimp 8 pieces
- Corn 1 ear
- Onion 1
- Zucchini (courgette) 1
- Bel pepper 1/2
- Camembert cheese 1 round
- Banana 1

For the batter:
- Egg 1
- Milk 50 cc
- Water 30 cc
- Olive oil 10 cc
- Corn starch 100g
- WAPANKO (flavoured crumb) to coat

For frying
- Oil
Topping suggestions: Steak sauce Ketchup + chili sauce Chocolate sauce
[ Method ]
- 1Clean shrimp. Peel off the shell, leaving the tail. Cut the other ingredients into bite-size pieces.
- 2Mix the batter ingredients until well combined.
- 3Thread your ingredients on the skewers.
- 4Dip them in the batter and then in the WAPANKO
- 5Heat the oil in the pan to 180 Celsius. Fry them for 3 minutes until crispy before transferring them onto a kitchen towel to dry off excess oil
