WAPANKO – sticks –

[Serves 4]

GF

  • Shrimp 8 pieces
  • Corn 1 ear
  • Onion 1
  • Zucchini (courgette) 1
  • Bel pepper 1/2
  • Camembert cheese 1 round
  • Banana 1
  • For the batter:

  • Egg 1
  • Milk 50 cc
  • Water 30 cc
  • Olive oil 10 cc
  • Corn starch 100g
  • WAPANKO (flavoured crumb) to coat
  • For frying

  • Oil

Topping suggestions: Steak sauce Ketchup + chili sauce Chocolate sauce

[ Method ]

  • 1Clean shrimp. Peel off the shell, leaving the tail. Cut the other ingredients into bite-size pieces.
  • 2Mix the batter ingredients until well combined.
  • 3Thread your ingredients on the skewers.
  • 4Dip them in the batter and then in the WAPANKO
  • 5Heat the oil in the pan to 180 Celsius. Fry them for 3 minutes until crispy before transferring them onto a kitchen towel to dry off excess oil
